We came for the location into socialize with our friends, but the place was challenging due to the staircase in the midd Positive: The location Negative: There were a bunch of things not finished. The propane on the barbeque was empty, and there was a bunch of construction materials left on the deck. Doors were missing handles other things in the apartment were unfinished or loose. Felt like a lot of money to spend on a place that wasn’t completed.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Positive: Excellent location. Great choice of restaurants just steps away. Short walk to the sights. Tiny but convenient. Has a small washer dryer, kitchen and terrace. Negative: - Could use new sheets. The sheets in the pullout couch had holes in them. - Washer-dryer is tiny and can only handle drying up to 10 items

Central location, excellent facilites Positive: Excellent central location in Victoria, historic area, wooden cobbles on the alley roadway. Quirky apartment, this is a 2 storey top floor apartment with roof top patio which had great views, and was great to sit on with a glass of wine in the evening. The bed is up stairs in a mezzanine area, bathroom downstairs. Very central and you can walk everywhere - harbour one way, Chinatown the other. Cafes, restaurants and bars all around. Full kitchen facilities, and washer/dryer combo very welcome after more than 3 weeks travelling. Good WiFi. Air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom area. Negative: The whole apartment block is in need of some TLC - the entrance area was not very inviting with rubbish and leaves blowing around, lift mat torn. Paintwork in bathroom needs redoing, (dark red shows the chips) and the bed needs a replacement mattress. The alley was noisy on a couple of evenings, (lots of shouting and even a car revving engine for lengthy period) - we were there mid week, so weekends may be very noisy. All pot plants on roof top area and small balcony off the living area were dead - no point in having these things if not cared for. We bought food for a BBQ one evening but the gas ran out after a few minutes and the hosts did not respond to several messages sent via text/email and through booking.com for over 36 hours. TV streaming was intermittent if that is important to you.

Really quirky, very comfortable, great location Positive: We liked the individuality, had everything you'd need .Location was excellent and we loved the wooden cobbles in the street outside Negative: You can't get from bedroom to bathroom without covering up, as no curtain\blind over the kitchen window. Pots on patio were a bit neglected.

Wir hatten tolles Wetter, und die Wohnung war optimal, um die Stadt zu erkundigen. Positive: Die Lage war sehr, sehr gut. so schöne Terrasse mit deiner wunderbaren Aussicht über den Hafen. Negative: Keine Angaben.
