West Coast Loft with Rooftop Patio + Harbour View

Leider kein Host, der sich um die Anliegen der Bewohner kümmert. Positive: Sehr gute Lage. Negative: Das Wifi war ausgefallen. Der Host hat sich einmal gemeldet und das Problem aber nicht behoben. Danach liefen unsere Mails ins Leere. Die Terrasse war leider voller eingetrocknetem Vogelkot. Offenbar lange nicht gereinigt.

Great location for a getaway Positive: The loft is a good size and in a great location to be able to walk everywhere. It has all the amenities you need. As we had our adult son with us, it was nice to have the loft bedroom and the pullout sofa - lots of space for everyone. The private deck was nice to be able to sit outside and relax. Negative: The bed is a bit soft for our liking, but everyone is different.

Great location, modern, overall very clean. Positive: Great location, modern and comfy beds. Negative: Wifi did not work but we were given different access on second day which did. Very warm in apartment. Slight issues with cleanliness but i overall very good

Great location but accommodation was dirty and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable Positive: The apartment was accessed through a outside door code, the code was accepted however refused to open we had to wait 15 minutes for another resident to let us in who informed us the lock was broken 😡 there were no prone numbers to contact the host so I’m not sure how we would of got in as it was a Sunday and late in the evening Negative: When we arrived and finally gained access we were told the accommodation hadn’t been cleaned by a cleaner who was in the accommodation despite the fact we were checking in 2 hours later than the agreed check in time and we were asked to come back in 30 minutes which was 3 hours later than the agreed check in time, the cleaner left rubbish in the apartment the bathroom was still dirty and was still unclean with dirt around the apartment and we have photos if required
